Shipping Policy
Simply Social Designs creates personalized and made-to-order products with care. Proofs for customized orders are generally provided within 48 hours after we receive the personalization details needed to begin.
Up to two rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise stated. Once you approve your final proof, your order may enter production immediately and changes can no longer be guaranteed.
For printed invitation orders, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for printing and delivery after final proof approval. Delivery estimates are approximate and can be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Printed invitation shipping is currently available within the United States. Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible at info@simplysocialdesigns.com. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.
If an order arrives damaged or there is an error caused by Simply Social Designs, please contact us promptly with your order details so we can make it right.
